Our mission is to get the world of international freight back to the fundamentals. Principals that have been in place since tea was traded over the high seas still apply today as the basis of international trade law. We want to point out those fundamentals. We hope to cut through much of the bad information and weak expertise that exists in many freight companies, and to clarify what is needed to get you going in every deal.
So many large as well as small companies are not getting the basics right. They suffer delays at customs, quibbles over terms and documents. What often seems the minimum and easiest way can get you into a lot of trouble.
Buying and selling across international borders can be intimidating. And it’s true that there are some very complex regulations out there. But it is the basics of your documentation, and shipping methods that give you the most effective movement of goods. If you want to get your goods and your customer’s goods on time, start with the basics.

Principal Director

Leads new business setups globally, including legal structures, supply chain contract arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
Builds strategic cross-boundary relationships to leverage new opportunities and reduce trade barriers and bottlenecks. Advises board and C-Suite on international trade opportunities and related ROI.
Solid experience with global cultural and business practices. Opened new-business startups and built teams and operations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Central America.
Sample Bio: US licensed Customs broker, and previously Director of Trade for two multinationals. Well over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of global freight, customs entry work, trade compliance, trade data management and trade relations! He has run trade and customs departments for multinationals, established and ran complex foreign trade zones, duty drawback and multiple initiatives across North America, Asia and Europe.
Our principal has lived and worked in five countries and travelled globally in managing effective supply chain logistics. He started in global logistics and trade on the Liverpool docks in the Grain trade. He lived and worked in a variety of locations in the Middle East, (Primarily United Arab Emirates, and Sultanate of Oman) Scandinavia, United Kingdom, & USA, implementing engineering projects and did his first customs entry in Oman.
He has extensive experience in the freight forwarding and custom brokerage industries. As an Independent consultant he worked with 32 brokers and forwarders on a variety of operational improvements, ISO 9000 implementations and training initiatives.
He provides oversight of major import areas in Asia and Europe. He is often working with Supply Chain organizations on Incoterms and collaborative efforts to reduce costs and streamline supply chain logistics.

International Air freight with in-depth expertise in upper deck cargo and consolidations. Over ten years’ experience with all freight types from small package, regular consolidations, very large capital equipment movements and air cargo charters.
Broad experience in freight agency relationships across Asia and China. Operational set ups, process improvement and cargo sales. Consulted by airlines and forwarders alike, she is practical, open and highly collaborative in transportation and freight relationships.
